Jerry Michaels has been a licensed real estate agent since 1973 and has held a real estate Broker’s license with the State of California since 2000. Jerry’s extensive training in the representation of the luxury home buyer, his certification as a Buyer’s Agent by the National Real Estate Buyers Agency Council and a multitude of other educational coursework over the years has prepared him to excel in the areas of property locating, negotiation, marketing and promotion as well as problem solving. In addition, his work with local service organizations, including the board of the Ojai Valley Chamber of Commerce and the Ojai Valley Board of Realtors, gives him valuable insights into the local economy, real estate market and community he serves.
